This resulted in poor completion rates and created a headache for the learning and development team who were then spending considerable amounts of time appeasing the business areas responsible for the regulatory training and manually chasing and tracking.

We created a customised learning portal tailored to the client's needs, along with the development of engaging, interactive digital content for mandatory training. In addition, we managed training schedules and provided comprehensive tracking, chasing, and reporting to ensure accountability and progress visibility.
