All WDR Leadership and Management Development solutions can be delivered as online, blended, or face-to-face programmes, either at a venue of your choice or equally, we would be delighted to host your learners here at our training centre in Horsham, West Sussex. Beyond that, we will guide you through the subtle but important choices that will help to maximise the impact of your investment in learning.

Choosing the right content...

We don’t do ‘off-the-shelf,’ everything we do is about aligning with your priorities and desired outcomes, ensureing that your programme will have the greatest benefit for your managers. In developing your content, we also factor-in role context, typically, junior managers need to develop a sound foundation of management skills and awareness, enabling them to get the best from every member of their teams (not just the easy ones,). Middle managers tend to be ‘organisational connectors’ who influence and foster collaboration across an organisation ensuring the needs of its stakeholders are met.
