Apprenticeship Levy

Helping you plan for the introduction of the Leadership and Management Apprenticeships in April 2017.

Apprenticeship qualifications are changing in 2017 and under the new rules there will be more funding available for employers to use their levy funding pot to invest in Leadership and Management skills. Employers can now develop and train their talent through work-related assignments. These new Leadership and Management Apprenticeships combine on-the-job and theory-based Leadership training that develop knowledge, skills and behaviours across all levels.

WDR are able to support you with reviewing your Leadership and Management development strategy to simplify and streamline your management of Apprenticeships with our Managed Apprenticeship Service.
