WDR have trained hundreds of L&D professionals over the last nearly 50 years and we continue to innovate in the area of training Learning Professionals.

There are plenty of “train-the-trainer” courses for L&D Professionals but very few courses specifically designed for senior learning professionals managing a corporate learning function. The WDR Diploma in Learning Management was borne out of over 10 years of combined senior L&D expertise across our consultants, and a desire to share that knowledge and experience with other learning professionals. Spread over 6-months, this Diploma provides time for participants to fully integrate their learning at each stage of the training.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful communications, personal development and psychological healing modality that creates rapid change to the ways we think and feel. NLP does this by altering the ways that we re-present our life experiences in our mind. Using NLP, change is created by replacing outdated thought patterns with new empowering thoughts, feelings, emotions, connections, associations, perceptions etc. NLP has a wide variety of applications in business, from communication skills and coaching through to presenting and sales. This course focuses on the applications of NLP in a business context and does not address emotional healing or personal development issues.

Upon successful completion of this 3-day programme participants will be awarded a Diploma in NLP that is recognised by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), the largest NLP Certification body in the world. Participants will be eligible to apply for associate Membership of the ABNLP.

This course has been written, and is taught by Dr. Andy Cooper, a Certified Trainer of NLP (Through the American Board of NLP) with over 25 years of teaching experience and of using NLP in business.

WDR Diploma in Learning Management

This highly practical programme is aimed at senior learning managers who wish to develop the confidence to lead the contribution of learning and its impact on performance, engagement levels, reputation, capability, and change within organisations.

It has been designed and is delivered by a faculty of experienced senior learning and development professionals who have all held senior learning management positions in large blue-chip organisations. Together they bring nearly 100 years of learning and development (L&D) experience to the training, from learning needs analysis and instructional design, training delivery and learning management through to designing and implementing a corporate learning strategy.
