Data Analyst

If you are responsible for managing, cleansing, abstracting, aggregating, analysing and making recommendations to stakeholders about data, then this course will be of interest to you. You will learn how to analyse and present data in a format that is supported by sound recommendations to the business. This course will support you in developing the skill set to deliver measurable value to your organisation as well as supporting your next professional steps.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Develop your technical skills to best practice approaches.
  • Enhance your confidence and credibility.
  • Gain transferable skills for use throughout your career.
  • Achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Achieve an internationally recognised Data Science Associate professional qualification.

18 months

During this course you will be required to spend 20% of your time at work on off-the-job learning. This will include workshops, virtual learning, research and reflection. This innovative course is designed so you can easily fit your learning around your day job. Using our online portal, you will be able to access your learning anytime and anywhere, so you get high-quality content and development on the go.

Infrastructure Technician

Our Infrastructure Technician training provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non routine problems. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity. This course will support you in developing the IT skills, knowledge and course to deliver measurable value to your organisation as an advocate for Infrastructure Technician. What you learn will also support your next professional steps.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Upgrade your technical skills to the best practice approach.
  • Enhance your confidence and professional credibility as an expert within the workplace.
  • Inspire your colleagues to provide technical excellence.
  • Gain transferable skills for use throughout your career.
  • Be awarded a level 3 Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Become a Microsoft certified professional and join the Microsoft certified site as an individual member at Professional level.

Software Developer

WDR’s course stands out from the crowd as a powerful, practical and person centred development course. It will inspire you to grow and expand your knowledge at the same time as embedding a valuable range of skills and behaviours. On successful completion of this course you will be offered the opportunity to join the British Computer Society Register of IT Technicians as a member of a nationally recognised body in this field.

This course is designed for people pursuing a career as a Software Developer, enabling them to develop the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work effectively as a team to build and test simple, high-quality code across front end, logic and database layers to customer specifications. A developer will typically be working as part of a larger team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall project. This course will support you in developing the skill set to deliver measurable value to organisations as a creative software developer.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Upgrade your software development skills to the best practice approach.
