Team Leader Supervisor

This programme is designed to support first line managers at the start of their professional management career, or those who may already have some practical experience and want to complement this with a management development programme.

This is a practical and engaging development journey that will inspire you to grow and expand your knowledge, and at the same time embed a valuable range of skills and behaviours – delivering measurable value to you and your organisation.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Develop your management skills to best practice approaches.
  • Enhance your confidence and credibility within the workplace.

  • Achieve transferable skills for use throughout your career.
  • Gain a nationally recognised level 3 team leader/supervisor apprenticeship standard.

Operations Department Manager

If you are a senior leader accountable for multiple teams and/or projects, this course will help you navigate the ever-changing and fast paced world of business. You will learn how to create a compelling vision for customers and colleagues and inspire your teams to deliver sustained and excellent performance. It will support you to grow and expand your knowledge at the same time as embedding a valuable range of skills and behaviours.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Develop a best practice approach to leadership.
  • Enhance your confidence and professional credibility as an expert.
  • Inspire your team members to be the best version of themselves.
  • Gain transferable skills for use throughout your career.
  • Achieve a nationally recognised Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager
    Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Be eligible to join the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Chartered
    Management Institute.

This course is ideal for those whose role may involve working independently or as part of a team and includes developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. It has been designed to help you develop the skill set to deliver measurable value to organisations either as a Business Administrator or as an Executive Assistant. APPRENTICESHIP STANDARD LEVEL 4

Associate Project Manager

Associate project managers need good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. An associate project manager utilises resources with suitable skills, qualifications, experience and knowledge to work together in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities. This apprenticeship has been designed to embed the essential knowledge, skills and behaviours required by individuals when project management forms a significant part of their role.

By completing this module, you will attain a nationally recognised APM PMQ qualification demonstrating the knowledge required to contribute to small and large scale projects.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:

  • Develop your technical skills to best practice approaches.
  • Enhance your confidence and credibility.
  • Gain transferable skills for use throughout your career.
  • Achieve a nationally recognised Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Achieve an internationally recognised IPMA Level D professional qualification.

If you have responsibility for direct customer support or you’ve gained extensive experience in a customer service role and want to gain formal professional development to become recognised as a Customer Service expert, this course will be of interest to you. This course will support you in developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver measurable value to your organisation as an advocate of Customer Service. What you learn will also support your next professional steps.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will:
