We promote an inclusive learning environment.

Not everyone learns in the same way, and that’s exactly why we offer complete support to each and every one of our learners and coaches. We’re an inclusive company and the support options we offer aim to fulfill the potential of any individual, regardless of their background.

Unparalleled support for whoever is in need.

We’re incredibly proud of the accessibility of our programmes and courses. All learners who disclose a learning difficulty or disability will receive guidance, support and vital information to ensure their learning is totally uninterrupted and of a superior quality.

Part of our mission statement explains how we are all about people, not profit, which makes us incredibly focused on ensuring each learner, regardless of their background, is able to celebrate unparalleled successes both now and in the future.

Understanding our duty of care.

All information disclosed to us is treated with the strictest confidence. We have a duty of care to each and every learner, coach and team member. All sensitive information will only be shared with relevant staff at WDR and with support staff on a need-to-know basis.

Sensitive information may also be shared, where applicable, with external bodies such as ESFA & ILM.

While we understand and appreciate the right to privacy, we encourage individuals to disclose any learning difficulty and/or disability when joining WDR, in order for us to provide adequate support. We are also fully compliant with GDPR and make sure we constantly assess and monitor the way we use, store and transfer data.

Making allowances that count.

Where necessary, allowances may be made to examinations and/or assessments if you have a learning difficulty or disability. These adjustments can include gradings or time limits for individual learning items. Our support team are ready to assist with any concerns, and arrangements of this nature must be made at least one month before the exam or assessment in question.
