Management Coaching & Mentoring
Our highly experiential qualification is designed to support those in organisations with the development of management coaching and mentoring skills and identifying the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.
The WDR programme will offer structured development to an advanced level, enabling you or your team members to improve performance, learn new tools and techniques that can be put into practice immediately and receive feedback and support via extensive guided practice sessions.
Is this qualification for you?
An exciting and unique aspect of the WDR programme is the link
to sports coaching, with analogies and practical activities to
bring the tools and techniques to life.
Our programme is aimed at anyone whose role involves developing
staff and encouraging high performance.
There are no specific entry requirements but you must have some experience of management or be actively involved in managing/developing others. You may also have responsibility for implementing organisational development policy.
How will I be assessed?
The Certificate comprises of 3 modules which are spread over 4
months, with study time in between each module, so that time away
from work is minimised. There is an option to undertake only
the first module and associated assessment, leading to an
Award.
Assessment is highly practical and the assignments have been
designed to be of value to you and your organisation and completed
as aprt of your role. The learning outcomes can also be
applied to any aspect of your life, offering an exploration of
personal and individual goals as a coach and mentor.
