I'd like to implement the 70% further and use it to build teams and share learning. This forum has encouraged me to think more about the role of the middle manager in relation to their team's performance within my organisation.

On Tuesday 29th March 2011 WDR welcomed a number of guests from the South East to participate in the complimentary WDR Spring Forum in Horsham, West Sussex. The team were thrilled to welcome keynote speaker Charles Jennings and guest speaker, Annette Gillingham for the morning event.
Charles delivered a fascinating and engaging presentation
on the 70:20:10 learning model, rich in anecdotal references to
past experiences, demonstrating specific elements of the theory and
themes. Annette described some of the practical projects that
she was involved in as part of a global management development
programme whilst at Exel and a programme she is currently
running at WSP where she is Head of Talent.
