WDR are supporting employers to successfully implement the new Apprenticeship Standards, from mapping existing programmes to provide evidence of learning for end point assessments.
Simplify and streamline your Apprenticeships
with the WDR Managed Apprenticeship Service
Our Managed Apprenticeship Service will remove many of the administrative tasks from the employer, freeing you up to focus on supporting your apprentices. The new Standards provide clearer qualifications at each occupational level and enable employers to offer apprenticeships that support their business goals and aspirations. We will take away the hassle of managing the Apprenticeship Levy process and leave you free to measure the effective outcomes. Our Apprenticeship Portal provides a single platform for the delivery, tracking and management of the Qualification Standard.
Providing the learner with a visual map of all learning units, either through virtual learning, classroom or on the job development.
Assessing uploaded evidence logs to support the learning. This will enable the assessors and learners to communicate with each other throughout the process.
Providing all the information required to support managers and assessors to evidence workflow and achievements.
All companies that have an annual wage bill of more than £3m will have to pay 0.5 per cent levy to fund apprenticeships from April 2017. They will get a 10 per cent monthly top up into their digital levy account to spend on training and will be given 24 months to spend their levy on Apprenticeship Training before they lose it.
Visit our recent blog post for more information about the Apprenticeship Levy.
