The eLearning format provides you with a self-managed programme and the opportunity to have line manager/coach support if required.

The modules within the programme explore how you can become more personally effective in both your work and home life.

You will start your development journey from the inside looking at your mindset, your focus, your mental strength and self confidence before moving on to learning about how you can develop new behaviours, skills and techniques to really maximise your potential.

You will learn from some of the greatest teachers on the planet along with insights from today's thought leaders and hear stories about individuals just like you who have put their learning into practice, and as result have achieved success both personally and professionally.
